A hallmark consists of a series of compulsory symbols which give information about the precious metal EACH piece is made from. A SEAL OF AUTHENTICITY.

ALL OF OUR SILVER AND SOLID GOLD PIECES COME WITH AN ASSAY OFFICE AUTHENTICATED HALLMARK.

We do not apply hallmarks ourselves, THE Hallmarks are applied to each piece by the Assay Office. AN INDEPENDENT GOVERNING BODY. A hallmark on any piece of jewellery guarantees that the article has been independently tested and that it conforms to all legal standards of purity (fineness).

There are 4 Assay offices in the United Kingdom - London, Birmingham, Sheffield, Edinburgh. Each with it’s own symbol. As our pieces are hallmarked in London they all bear the historic London town mark of the Leopards head.
